No optional tracking in the site code

The MJ Restoration pages do not set cookies or use local storage, session storage, advertising pixels, analytics tags, fingerprinting or social-media tracking scripts. The vehicle finder works from a local catalogue. Fonts and images are local assets. The coverage map is optional and loads OpenStreetMap tiles only after you select “Load coverage map”. Panning and zooming make further requests to the selected map provider. Selecting Satellite view loads Esri imagery instead; this is not requested before that view is selected. See Esri’s privacy information. The map integration does not add analytics or set cookies or local storage. OpenStreetMap processes connection information under its own privacy policy. There are no embedded videos, review widgets or social feeds.

The quote builder holds entries in the open page only. Its “Clear my details” button resets them. Opening an email app or saving a text file is a separate action you choose; these are not tracking mechanisms.

Hosting and account access

This site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. OpenAI’s platform may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security and delivery of the service. Those are managed by the platform, not by this site’s JavaScript. See OpenAI’s privacy information and the platform’s own account and privacy controls.

This notice does not claim that every response from the hosting or sign-in platform is cookie-free. The code review covers the MJ Restoration site files; a complete cookie inventory also requires inspection of the deployed site and any sign-in journey.

Why there is no optional-cookie banner

We have not enabled optional analytics or advertising technologies, so the site does not ask you to accept them or show an “Accept all” button. A consent banner would not itself establish compliance or control technologies added by another service.

If optional technologies are introduced, this policy and the controls must be updated before they are used. Where consent is required, those technologies must remain off until you choose them, with an equally accessible refusal option and a way to withdraw consent.

You can manage site data in your browser. Blocking storage needed for platform sign-in may prevent access. Questions can be sent to info@mjrestoration.co.uk.
